Daniele Hubler is a lawyer specialised in long-term & equity financing and corporate restructuring operations.
She assists and supports her clients in their long-term and equity financing, merger, acquisition, and asset assignment operations. Also specialised in taxation for groups of companies and in transfer pricing, Daniele intervenes on the tax aspects of drafting and implementing price policies within international groups.
Daniele began her career in 1998 in a stock-market listed group before confirming her experience at one of the largest independent law firms in France for twelve years. She is one of the founding partners of PRAD.
Daniele holds a Business Law Corporate Lawyer’s Degree (DJCE – DESS de droit des affaires obtained at the Robert Schuman University of Strasbourg), she is a Doctor of Law (Doctorate in international taxation obtained at the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne).
She is also one of the authors of various works on taxation, in particular Lamy Fiscal (chapter on VAT), Documentation Organique (LexisNexis), and is a regular contributor to periodicals such as Les Nouvelles Fiscales.
Daniele teaches taxation for groups of companies and taxation for restructuring at the Management School (Ecole de Management) of Strasbourg. She leads seminars for the Institut Fiscal Français and for the journal Revue Fiduciaire.
