Mathilde LISSONNET is a corporate lawyer and is particularly involved in mergers and acquisitions and similar transactions (private equity, M&A, LBO).
Mathilde mainly advises CEOs and investors with their M&A, restructuring and venture capital transactions, whatever the business sector.
Mathilde has developed a particular expertise with mergers and other legal reorganisations (such as demergers, partial contributions of assets, cross-border mergers, universal transfer of assets).

Education
Mathilde holds a Master’s degree in Business Law – Diploma of Corporate Counsel (DJCE) from the University of Strasbourg.
She graduated from the Ecole Régionale des Avocats du Grand Est (Certificate to practise as a lawyer) and is a member of the Strasburg Bar since 2016.
