He supports and advises his clients on the various operations relating to groups of companies, in particular to setting them up, restructuring them,
and transferring them.
He also works on long-term & equity financing operations, companies who wish to join forces, and companies that are failing or insolvent.
A specialist in relations between partners, he organises their relations with the company, drafts shareholders’ agreements, and personally assists and supports the managers (liability, insurance, management packages).
Paul also intervenes in business-to-business contractual relations, in particular in drafting vertical agreements and in organising distribution networks, as well as in drafting co-operation and industrial agreements.
His experience in the field of litigation, arbitration, and mediation in his various skills areas has enabled him to prevent and to intervene in situations of conflict.

Formation
Paul started his career in 1999 in a multi-disciplinary firm specialised in business law, in particular in litigation and arbitration, before developing his own experience in the field of legal advice at some of the largest business law firms in France for over ten years, in particular Landwell (2001) and Bureau Francis Lefebvre (2003) in Strasbourg.
Carrière
After setting up his own business law firm in 2010, he became a partner and one of the founders of PRAD. He holds a postgraduate degree in Economic Law, obtained in 1997 (Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées en Droit Economique), and another in economics-oriented European Law, obtained in 1998 (Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondie en Droit Européen), awarded by the Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg.

After creating his independent business firm in 2010, he is an associate member and one of the founders of the PRAD firm.
Enseignement
Paul has lectured for various undergraduate and postgraduate university courses (University of Haute Alsace and Law School (Faculté de Droit) of Strasbourg), and he regularly leads training seminars for various well-known companies and groups.
