Expertise : finances

Danhoé Reddy-Girard primarily assists banks with the arrangement of structured finance transactions in relation to corporate acquisitions, LBOs, property acquisitions and infrastructure projects.

He also advises real estate investment funds and family offices on financing transactions in respect of property assets ranging from logistics parks to hôtels particuliers.

Given his specific knowledge of the real estate investment sector, he provides the latter clientele with more comprehensive advisory services covering corporate law and contract law as well as the identification of tax issues requiring the involvement of a tax specialist.

His practice is recognised by the guides Legal 500 (“firm to watch” in “Banking and finance: transactional work”) and Chambers (“band 4” in “Real Estate: Finance”) as well as The Best Lawyers in France (“real estate law”).
