Daniele HUBLER is a tax lawyer with recognized expertise in corporate finance and restructuring operations.

Daniele holds a Business Law Corporate Lawyer’s Degree (DJCE – DESS de droit des affaires obtained at the Robert Schuman University of Strasbourg), she is a Doctor of Law (Doctorate in international taxation obtained at the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne).
Carrière
Daniele began her career in 1998 in a stock-market listed group before confirming her experience at one of the largest independent law firms in France for twelve years.
She is also one of the authors of various works on taxation, in particular Lamy Fiscal (chapter on VAT), Documentation Organique (LexisNexis), and is a regular contributor to periodicals such as Les Nouvelles Fiscales.

Enseignement
Daniele teaches taxation for groups of companies and taxation for restructuring at the Management School (Ecole de Management) of Strasbourg. She leads seminars for the Institut Fiscal Français and for the journal Revue Fiduciaire.
