Florian eFlorian has a Master’s degree in business law and corporate consulting (DJCE) and a certificate of specialised studies in tax law (2009), as well as a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Market Practice from IEP (Institut d’Etudes Politiques) Strasbourg (2011).
Carrière
He began his career in taxation in Paris, advising growth companies (2009), then he worked in the trading room of a French bank (2011) before joining the corporate department of a prestigious law firm in Benelux (2012 – 2013). Next, he practised law in France.
He became a member of the Bar of Strasbourg in 2014 and joined the PRAD law firm in 2019, where he works in business law and in financing, particularly in financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and disposals.
