PRAD AVOCATS is looking for a trainee lawyer for a period of 6 months starting in January 2025 to join its commercial law / mergers and acquisitions teams.


PRAD AVOCATS is a dynamic business law firm located in Strasbourg, made up of around fifteen attentive and available people, pragmatically handling its clients’ cases using a tailor-made, pragmatic and innovative approach.

Intern’s missions:

As an intern at our firm, you will actively participate in the management of complex legal aspects related to corporate law, commercial law and mergers and acquisitions. You will be involved in all phases of projects, from in-depth legal research to drafting legal documents and conclusions.

Required profile

With higher education in business law (DJCE/MASTER 2 in business law), you are currently training at the law school (ERAGE). An interest in tax law and accounting would be a plus.

  • Higher education in business law (DJCE, Master 2 in business law)
  • Currently training at law school (ERAGE or equivalent)
  • Motivation to develop expertise in business law
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player
  • Excellent legal research, writing and analysis skills
  • Fluency in English (other languages preferred)
